6 days itinerary in Tokyo
My family of 4 will be arriving on May 3. It will be right on the Golden Week, I realize that everywhere will be crowded.
I will be staying in an apartment Nishi-Ogikubo. Planning to take day trips throughout the week.
May 3- arrival, jet lag
May 4- an easy day- Fujiko Fujio Museum
I wonder ,will Tamasaki Costco be opened on National holiday?
Is this Costco closest to Fujiko Museum?
We may need to get some supplies for the week, mostly fruit, but it is not a must.
May 5- Karuizawa- Stone Church and Trick Art Museum
Kusatsu- Onsen
Is it possible to do these 2 places in 1 day?
I am planning to get a JR Kanto pass, it will be 1 st day of use.
Please advice how to get from Karuizawa to Kusatsu, I know JR pass will not cover this.
May 6- Ashikaga Flower Park
May 7- Fuji Shibazakura festival
or
Shibazakura in Hitsujiama Park, followed by Kawagoe
I would like to see Shibazakura, which location is better?
May 8- Ghibli Museum
May 9- Yoyogi Flea Market early in the morning, Narita at 6pm
Should I get two JR Kanto Pass to cover Mon. to Sat?
Really looking forward to all experts input.

If it is the LiveInAsia apartment that you are staying at, Makoto will show you everything you need to know about the neighbourhood including a fantastic supermarket right at the station so you won't need to go to a Costco for anything.
I've stayed there before, they are great apartments, Makoto is a gracious host, and the neighbourhood is fantastic.
