Luggages from Kansai Airport to Hotel

I am traveling with my sisters (60+) to Kyoto/Osaka from April 11 to 17 and our arrival time is 7.15am. Since it is too early to check into our hotel (Reiah Hotel Otsu Ishiyama):-
1) Should we bring our luggages to the hotel & travel to Kyoto station to proceed with our sightseeing (Eastern Kyoto)?
2) Store our luggages in the locker and what's the charges?
3) Delivery services from the Airport to our hotel? How much is the charges and is it safe to do so?
Can anyone advice me which is the best solutions?

You hotel is a little out of the way, and shipping your luggage may not arrive until the following day, so I'd just bring your bags to Kyoto Station and leave them in lockers there. Fees go from 300-1000 yen depending on the size of the locker.
