Tokyo - Ise - Fukuoka, the cheapest way? 2015/4/2 23:12
I want to go to Ise jingu from Tokyo. Then go back to Fukuoka. I have only about 3 days to travel Ise!

From Tokyo, I have sponsor to support me to go to Nagoya or Kyoto or Osaka, they will pay for it. So I think I will go there for transit to Ise.
Maybe I will go by plan or shinkansen about 10000 yen

but, I dont know the cheapest way to go to Fukuoka from Ise
If I want to go by night bus, can you suggest me which website?

Thank you

Flying can be cheapest. The closest airports are Osaka's Kansai Airport and Nagoya's Central Japan Airport from where Peach (Osaka) and Jetstar (Nagoya and Osaka) tend to offer cheap fares to Fukuoka (around 5000 yen one way). Flights from Osaka tend to be cheaper than flights from Nagoya, but the train journey to Osaka is more expensive than the train journey to Nagoya.

With cheaper airfares these days, a night bus is almost an outmoded form of travel. Use that time to get a good night's sleep and enjoy your sightseeing.

Some additional good info on what to see and do are for Ise:

For Fukuoka:

Also for Fukuoka look into getting a Fukuoka Tourist City Pass:

or a subway day pass.
Don't miss the Nanzoin Temple there - it is mind-blowing:
