Itinerary help for Osaka to Tokyo 1 week trip

Hello, I used japan-guide a few years back for my first trip and was amazed at the replies so I'm posting my inquiries here again.

I will be visiting Japan with my mom and my sister's family, which includes a 9 and 10 year old so I predict I'll have to be a bit efficient with my time.

Here's my itinerary:
Apr 12 - Kansai airport to Hotel Monterey Osaka
Apr 13- Universal Studios Japan
overnight Willer Bus to Tokyo Disney
Apri 14- Tokyo Disneyland
April 15- Tokyo Disney (checkout)
Akihabara/Ochanomizu (check-in)
Apr 16- Studio Ghibli/Inokashira Koen
Apr 17- Ikebukuro/Legoland Discovery
Apr 18- Shinjuku Koen

Here are my questions:
1. If we take a Willer Express bus coming from Universal Studios Osaka, where do we go to ride the bus that's nearest to USJ?

2. We're still trying to catch hanami but we might be a little late. Between Apr 14-18, will there be sakura still in bloom in Tokyo and where will it be? I was thinking Shinjuku Park or Ueno as they seem to have a variety of cherry trees.

3. My brother-in-law is a musician. Is there a decent jazz club that he can go to to watch the locals perform near Ochanomizu or Akihabara?

4. Any owl cafes near Akihabara or Ochanomizu where I can bring my family to eat? They are big fans of Harry Potter.

5. I'm trying to fit a day trip to Miyagi and Takayama while we're in Tokyo. Is this possible and is it worthwhile to do so?

1. Probably Willer Bus Terminal in Umeda, at Umeda Sky Building (the nearest JR station is JR Osaka).

2. In Tokyo already the blossoms peaked, and today we are having a bit of a spring storm, so it will be over in Tokyo by then :(.

3. Akihabara to Narita Airport

Also, could the fox village be done as a daytrip? :)

1. Umeda Sky "Building" :) When you book your Willer bus, you'll get to see a map - it's a walking distance from JR Osaka station.

3. Probably taking the Yamanote Line to either Ueno or Nippori, and changing to Keisei Skyliner, would be the most convenient. Please check the Narita airport access on this website we are on.
