Can I use Skyliner 1-day ticket

Hi, I will be staying in a hotel near Nippori Station in my last day in Tokyo and will be leaving in the evening to Narita Airport and considering getting the Keisei Skyliner 1 way 1 day subway ticket combo.
Here are my questions:
1)Aside from Narita Airport, where else can i buy the ticket?
2) If I buy it during my arrival at the airport , can I start using it 7-10 days later?
3)Since my flight is in the evening, can I use the subway in the morning before using the Skyliner in the evening?

1 I think it's only at Narita, but I know its available from some travel agents in my country.
2 The site states up to 6 months.
3 The 1 day subway ticket can be used on any one day, so you can use it for the day when you leave for Narita.

depending on your stay in Tokyo, you can consider the 3 day subway + 1 way skyliner, do note that the subway ticket are individual tickets and is not valid on JR trains.
