How to rent car on Iriomote?

Next week we will stay for about a week on Iriomote, Hoshino Resort. Could someone please give me information on how and where to rent a car on the island?

I think you can easily rent a car in the airport or hotel.

There are no major rental companies on the island. I used the following multiple times, but I am not sure whether they can handle reservations in any language other than Japanese:

Also, i just realized that Orix, one of the major companies, does have an outlet in Ohara:

(not sure whather that means it is easier to reserve, though, as I cannot find an English website)
