I am arriving in Hakodate by cruise ship in July. Is there a free shuttle that takes you to the Morning Market area? If not, what is the best way to get there?

Hello. The morning market area in Hakodate is near the JR Hakodate station. There is shuttle bus from Hakodate pier to JR Hakodate station at 8:40 and 9:40(the time is changeable depending on the season) It takes about 20 minutes from the pier to JR station.
