Takuhaibin Delivery to ar Pick up Centre

I have accomodation booked in Osaka through airb&b

I would like to send my luggage from my hotel in Okayama to Osaka, but am concerned about using the airb&b address. It's a flat and if someone rang the secure entry doorbell from the street I would probably struggle letting them in. Also I don't have the Japansese to know that is the right person!

In these cases - Is there somewhere in Osaka (I am am staying in Fukushima) that I could have my bags delivered to, Perhaps a store or delivery centre?

This is nearest JR Fukushima stn[福島駅] depo(small terminal)
of "Takkyu-bin(by Yamato/black cats icon)" service(most famous in Japan).

But this depo "OsakaFukushima center[大阪福島センター]
open : regular weekday[平日 Mon-Fri] 8:00-21:00 only.
(close : all Sat,Sun and National holidays)

Order(Say) "eigyo-syo tomeoki service[営業所 止め置きサービス]"
staff knows saying "tomeoki[とめおき]" only enough .
