HI would like to ask where can i ride the pokemon train if coming from tokyo or osaka?

which one is closer tokyo or osaka and what are the routes for the pokemon train?

I could only find details in Japanese, but it looks like it runs once per day in each direction on weekends and holidays March to June between Kessenuma and Ichinoseki.
