hey,
I want to go to Oshino Hakkai from Kawaguchiko Station can I use this bus? Do I have to reserve seat before ? and I also want to get back to Kawaguchiko Station too.

About one per hour: http://www.japan-guide.com/bus/gotemba.htmlDo I have to reserve seat before ?No, it is not possible to make seat reservations for those buses.
