My question is How can I contact someone by email at the Edo Tokyo Museum?
Thank you for responding to this. I have searched multiple websites about the Museum and do not find this information. I would like to contact them before traveling to Japan.

As far as I know, museums, hotels, and many other companies in Japan tend to avoid responding each queries from customers by e-mail. The contact form JapanCustomTours linked tells that basically they will not answer to any specific queries/comments.
This might be based on the Japanese culture. I think they should change this attitude, but at this time, you can not expect their reply via e-mail.
On a side note, I am a Japanese.
