July 2015 Hokkaido Itinenary

Is that okay with my Hokkaido Itenary.Anyone can help on this?since its my first trip to Hokkaido.
Day 1 : Sapporo & Otaru
Day 2 : Noboribetsu Onsen
Day 3 : Lake Toya and Hokuryu Sunflower Park
Day 4 : Biei, Furano ,Blue Pond
Day 5 : Free and Easy

What mode of transportation will you be using? The concern is day 3 as it is a long journey from Toya-ko to Hokuryu. Even with a car a straight drive will take about 3 hrs. Also note that in average year for sunflower in Hokuryu early August is a better time for full bloom.
