Do you know Hogami?

I want to do the Nakasendo trail, but for before, I have read that near Tsumago there is a small village called Hogami, where a fair woodwork (the Rokuro Matsuri) is held.
Do somebody know it? I would like to know if this fair is open all year or just some days...

Rokuro Matsuri in Nagiso town will be held on the first Saturday and Sunday in November every year.
This fair is held at some workshops along route 256, include Hogami.
However, You will be able to experience something, buy a souvenir or make a wooden bowl, at some workshops all year.
