Google Ryokan Sanga
You will find options to book the accommodation using various booking website
To get to Kurokawa, you should drive. If not, taking a bus from the train Aso or Yufuin is possible. You could also take the bus from Fukuoka.

I found it easiest to book via japaneseguesthouses.com -- they are particularly useful for those of us who don't speak Japanese, and also where you want to ask some questions before finalising a booking.
We booked the hanare which had both an indoor and an outdoor private bath, a separate sleeping and living area and a beautiful outdoor deck seating area.
