Bus from Mishima to Fuji Q Highland

Hi,

Gotta get to Fuji Q from Mishima (and return) but cannot find English online booking for bus.

This address http://www.fujikyu.co.jp/citybus/highwaybus/pdf/Mishima-Kawaguchiko-Li... has good info but websites referred to for bookings are not navigable or not in English...

Any tips....
