JR Pass for Nikko and Hitashi Seaside Park

I am thinking of going from Ikebukuro to Nikko to see the Kegon falls and another day to Hitachi seaside park. I will stay total 4 days in Tokyo. Should I get any jr pass or other train passes? Appreciate your help. Thanks.

No all covered pass as one.
"JR Kanto area pass" maybe better.
And...
Not Hita(s)hi Seaside Park
