I will be staying in Mishima in the middle of November 2015, is there a bus service to Kawaguchiko station from Mishima station during November as I would like to take a day trip to Mt.fuji.

Yes, the bus operates year around. The timetable is likely to be the same or very similar to the current one which can be found here:
