Buy JR Sanin Okayama Area Pass by online

Hi, I have 2 questions!!

First, I want to purchase JR Sanin Okayama Area Pass for Japan trip that's from 8/20. I know that buying JR Sanin Okayama Area pass by online is more cheaper (500 yen) than insdie Japan. But I can't find a link for purchasing this rail pass. Even I found purchasing links for other rail passes like Kansai wide pass, area pass... Why isn't there a LINK!? T.T

Secondly, my friend is staying in Japan and he is also Korean like me. If I can purchase JR Sanin Okayama Area Pass by online, is that possible for me to buy one more pass instead of him?(cause he is now in Japan)

Is he staing as a temporary visitor? If not, I am afraid he can not use the pass. JR-west states:

A rail pass user must be entering in Japan as a "Temporary Visitor".
"Temporary Visitor" is a status of residence defined under Japanese immigration law.

You can reserve a JR-West San'in-Okayama Area Pass via the website of JR-West, but you cannot directly buy one via the internet.
If you and he travel together each with a San'in-Okayama Area Pass, you can reserve your and his passes under your name.
In the application form on the reservation website, you are requested to select the number of the adult (12-or-more-year-old) passengers for whom you hope to reserve the passes.
(If I were in your shoes, I would not send together via the internet such many pieces of my detailed personal information just to save 500 yen per pass.)

Will your Korean friend be under "Temporary Visitor" status of residence at the time of this journey? If not, he will not be eligible for a JR-West pass. The same applies also to you.
