Tokyu Ikegami Line to Haneda Airport

Hi,
I am thinking of staying at a hotel near Hatanodai Station on Tokyu Ikegami Line.
Is this a convenient location to go to Haneda Airport?
If so, how much will it cost and how long will the commute take?
What is the best way to pay for the fare? I may be there for 1-2 days or just overnight. Still undecided.
If my JR Pass is still active, can I use it?
Is Hatanodai Station far from JR loop/Monoral/Haneda Airport?

Use google map "transit" (get directions). https://youtu.be/wtXFWU4r9FQAll Tokyu Railway lines are NOT JR company rail so JR-Pass not covered. But Hatanodai Station is not so far from/to HND no need JR-Pass.

From HATANODAI to the terminal at KAMATA is about 20 minutes, Y200. Then about 10 minute walk to KEIKYU KAMATA station where you take a train into Haneda airport, about 5 minutes, Y340.
