kansai thru pass in Tokyo

I was wondering if there's an agency or any ticketing offices in Tokyo that sell Surutto Kansai Three Day Ticket. (staying in Shinjuku)

We might arrive in Osaka early morning say 6am and all the ticketing offices for the pass opens at around 8am on wards.

We want to use the pass as soon as we arrive in Osaka going to our hotel as we also go to Nara after leaving our things in the Hotel

Unfortunately, it is not for sale in Tokyo, but may be available for purchase in your home country via JNTO (Japan National Tourist Organization), or another travel organization.
