I assume you're talking about the cruse where you get a discount if you wear yukata? If so, the discount only lasts until September 30th. Of course, you can wear yukata past this point, but it's a bit weird... yukata are summer garments made usually of light cotton or synthetic fiber. They aren't year-round with the exception of onsen towns.
