7 days to Tokyo and Nagano

Hi there, I wondering which pass to get for my 7 days itinerary to Tokyo and Nagano? Is there any pass includes train from Haneda Airport?
Day 1:
Arrive Tokyo Haneda at night
Day 2 :
Head to Nagano - Jidokudani Monkey Park - Shiga Kogen Ski Resort
Day 3:
Head to Nozawaonsen - Iiyama Snow Festival - Kamakura igloo
Day 4:
Back to Tokyo - Shibuya - Shinjuku - Ginza
Day 5:
Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea
Day 6:
Mt Fuji - Tokyo Tower - Skytree
Day 7
Depart from Tokyo Haneda to Singapore

The trip to Nagano and back can be covered partially by the Kanto pass. The one that is to be renamed to Tokyo wide area pass.
