Hi, I will be traveling to Magome from Kyoto, I want to check if the tracks for the shinkansen (from Kyoto) is very far (and hard to find) from the tracks for JR shinano train (to Nakatsugawa)? Will it take more than 30mins to find it?
Thanks! :)

It should not take more than 5 minutes to find them. They are all parallel to each other. Nagoya Station is easy to navigate.

Thanks! One more question: What about in Shin-Osaka Station? From Tokaido Shinkansen to Sanyo Shinkansen. Will be going from Nagoya to Hiroshima. Are the tracks also near each other?
Thanks again!

One more question: What about in Shin-Osaka Station? From Tokaido Shinkansen to Sanyo Shinkansen.
It is even easier. The tracks are all parallel to each other. It should not take more than two minutes to change platforms. Maybe the connecting train even departs from the same platform.

Also, note that if you do not use the Japan Rail Pass, you can take a direct Nozomi train between Nagoya and Hiroshima without transfer at Shin-Osaka.

Hi i have a few questions: 1) What are the depature times for the Ohara bus (Kyoto city bus no 19) from Kokusaikaikan Station and also from Ohara going back? 2) This bus is the green bus right? 3) Is this bus freaquent? 4) Is the bus stop far from the Kokusaikaikan station?
Thanks so much! This forum has made my trip so far worry free. Arigatou!
