Hi all!
My friend and I (we're both females) are travelling to Tokyo in June, and would like to find out what we can wear to keep up with the fashion in Tokyo. Wondering if it'd be alright to wear skirts (heard about groping in train stations), and would it be weird to wear maxi dresses in Tokyo in Summer? Thanks!

Yes, you will be safe wearing skirts. The groping problem isn't quite that bad and the chances of it happening to you are extremely tiny.
Maxi dresses are really popular this year and it wouldn't be at all weird to wear one. June is the rainy season though so make sure you have some practical clothes and shoes for being outside in wet weather.
Fashion-wise Tokyo is a very diverse city, people wear all kinds of styles, so whatever you want to wear is fine.
