7.5 hours transit at Narita Airport

Hi all,
I have a 7.5 hours transit at the Narita airport after arriving from Singapore to Japan at 16:20hrs. The connecting international flight to San Francisco will be at 00:05hrs.
Does the airport offer any transit shuttle bus to AEON shopping centre? Otherwise, I'll have to take a train to Keisei Narita Station first and then hop on a shuttle bus. Is this correct?
Appreciate if you have other advice on spending time on the layover. Thanks.

I believe your flight to San Francisco is from Haneda Airport rather than Narita Airport. Please check carefully which airports your two flights are using.
