other onsen town like Kinosaki

I went to kinosaki onsen town on the beginning of May, I really enjoyed it. My next year plan is going to onsen town again. Anyone know the others onsen town that has admosphere like Kinosaki. Thanks a lot

Maybe not so pittoresque as Kinosaki, but I would still recommend Naruko-onsen in Miyagi-ken for its great onsen experience.

The atmosphere in Shibu Onsen, Yamanouchi Town in Nagano prefecture was great. You can also stroll through the old town wearing Yukata and stop at several public onsen huts.

Few year ago, I went to Ginzan in Yamagata-Ken. It was a small quaint onsen town.
You can take Yamagata shinkansen to Ooshida, then take a bus to Ginzan from the station. The bus stop is across the train track and takes about 40 minutes. The bus schedule is http://www.city.obanazawa.yamagata.jp/2630.html .

The ryokan I stayed was called Showakan.

Ginzan is indeed quite nice, and has a nice walk around the area, including through some caves.

Kurokawa on Kyushu however is the ultimate onsen town; it's just a long way out.

Many of the best have already be mentioned, such as Shibu, Kurokawa and Ginzan Onsen. I also recommend Kusatsu, but make sure to stay close to the center of town. Yufuin, Nozawa and Dogo are also nice.
