Dear all,
i`m going to tokyo again by this dec - till early jan, around 3weeks.
we are planning to buy seishun kippu for travelling from tokyo to kyoto,,,,is there any suggestion what city worth to visit on the way to kyoto from tokyo, we will use first train in the morning,,,i hope to hopping in maybe 2 city just for sightseeing,,

It takes 8-9 hours by local train with at least 5 changes, so one stop for sightseeing is probably more realistic. Nagoya is a good option.
