Hey guys! I will be going to Manila via Nagoya in June (it's actually a delta flight from chicago to detroit to nagoya to manila). My questiion is, will I still be able to access the 4th floor shops and restaurants? I really would like to go to the Vivitix/Hello Kitty store there so I was wondering if it's possible? I think I have 2 hr. layover. Thanks guys!

Because "Hello Kitty store" is not in the limited area, you need to pass passport control before and after shopping. It depends on the time allowed for you.
