Visiting Japan after WHV visa expired

Hi,
I'm currently in Australia. My Working Holiday Visa expires on 14th June. I don't plan to go back before this date to renew.
However I do plan to go back to Japan on 28th June for sightseeing. Will I have problems getting a tourist visa?

I don't think you will have a problem entering as a tourist despite having just completed a whv.

I agree that it should be fine. You left before it expired- if you left the day it expired then came back straight away it might look suspicious and they might think you're coming to stay for as long as you can. Having left early i doubt there would be a problem.
