train + taxi 2011/6/3 00:16
Since you seem to be a group of some travellers, I advise you take a taxi from Ueno station on Keisei Railway, which will be the most reasonable and easiest way. Enjoy your travel. :)

I've traveled to Bunkyo-ku 2011/6/3 04:03
several times to visit my son who lives there. I take Airport Limousine to Tokyo Dome Hotel then a taxi to his apartment nearby.

The Airport Limousine counter is right at the airport they take care of your luggage, then the attendants at the Tokyo Dome Hotel transfer your luggage to a taxi which are waiting there.
The staff at the counter at both places speak English enough to get your AL ticket which is 30000 yen per person. It's so convenient you won't want to travel any other way. The taxi was 1100 yen to my son's apartment in Bunkyo-ku. I took a taxi back and forth as well it is usually around 22000 yen which is a bit pricey!

The best way is to take the Keisei Skyliner to Ueno and take a taxi.
