We plane to visit only Osaka,Fukuoka,Nagasaki,Beppu about 9 days, which kind of railpass should be buy.

If you enter and exit Japan through Osaka and the Kyushu side trip fits into a 7-day period, then a 7-day Japan Rail Pass will be of good value.
Overnight buses and/or ferries could come cheaper.
