Saw this Toku Toku Taxi Plan in the Mt Usuzan website. Anyone used it before?
How do I make reservation?

Please post the URL next time. It saves everybody some time. It seems available also in winter except between February 16 and March 15. But the plans are expensive. Reservations can be made by phone in Japanese (see second link). If you don't speak Japanese and they don't speak English, I am afraid you might not be able to use their services. If you stay at a ryokan in Toyako, the ryokan should be able to help you. But again, the cost of the plans do not look very attractive, at all.
