Haneda 10 p.m. currency exchange open? 2011/7/15 08:05
I am taking a trip to Japan in September and arrive at Haneda Airport at 10 p.m. Are cell phone rentals and currency exchange booths open at that time? I am staying at the Shinagawa Prince hotel, what is the easiest means of transportation? Thanks!

Phone rentals are available until 23:00, but the exchange booths are closed. Some atms are open as late as 24:00, and you may be able to withdraw from them depending on your home bank.

For transportation to your hotel, take the Keikyu line from the airport direct to Shinagawa Station. The hotel is across the street and to the left. Train times here:
