Tokyo to Nagasaki with a JR rail pass

Hi, this will be my first solo trip to Japan. I am trying to figure out how to get from Narita Airport in Japan to Nagasaki Station with only a JR line pass.
I have attempted to use Hyperdia, but there is so much information around I am not sure if I am on the right track.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The basics are here: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e4410.htmlAfter reading it, you should be able to look up actual travel times with Hyperdia. Just make sure to de-select the Nozomi option, because the Japan Rail Pass is not valid on Nozomi trains. Also, de-select the air option to get rid of the results involving flights.
