hyperdia and jorudan,which one correct?

I would like to travel in Kumano Area in Wakayama Prefecture in November. When I check train's timetable in hyperdia and jorudan,by hyperdia it don't have any limited express train between kii-Katsuura station and wakayama station but jorudan have.Which one is correct?

When there are discrepancies between Hyperdia and Jorudan, Jorudan is almost always the correct one. In your particular example, too, Jorudan seems to be the correct one. Although technically, the timetable data for November has not been published yet, and Jorudan just assumes that there will be no changes (which is the correct assumption most of the time).

I agree. Jorudan is more reliable.

Hyperdia wouldn't give me an option for a route Akita - Yokote - Kitakami - Sendai - Fukushima. Said it didn't exist.

Hyperdia was also not showing the Yamanashi resort liner.

I've not had the same problem with Jorudan.
