I saw some of blogs about Welcome Card..is it useful or I just ignore it?
I am a budget traveller and lookig for ways to save a penny here and there so please advice. I am going to Japan end of March to see the Cherry Bloosoms and also to avail my last two weeks of vacation for this fiscal year. Thanks.
