I will traveling to Kyoto this November. Arrive in kansai airport on the 24th. I have 4 nights and 3 full days. Is it good enough time for me?

Yes, that is usually perfect timing. Getting a hotel room in Kyoto can be a challenge.

That should be perfect timing. We left Kyoto on Nov 18 last year, and although there were some beautiful colours, another week would have been stunning, especially in Arashiyama (avoid there on weekends though) If kyoto hotels are difficult, and you have a rail pass, then Osaka is a great place to be in at night, and has loads of hotels. Enjoy!

Thank You all for your helpful informations. I have 1 more question:
Since I will stay in Osaka area for more affordable hotel for 4 nights to explore Kyoto area, and head to TOkyo for 2 nights, should I buy the 7 days Rail Pass? Please advice!
Thank You!

A 7-day Japan Rail Pass costs about the same as regular shinkansen tickets for a round trip between Tokyo and Kyoto. So, if you return to Kyoto/Osaka, afterwards, the pass makes sense. Otherwise, it won't. There are cheaper alternatives, though: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2363.html

i was in kyoto 3 days ago and there was only a little bit of yellow in some of the trees. so i guess they are just starting to change colour right now. should be good when you are there in a month from now.
good luck
