November 22 to November 25 I want to go to Kyoto to play, but I do not know how to make full use of these three days,

You really need to pick places that interest you and decide how much of a fast pace you like.

You are going during the week which will help, but it will still be very busy I'm sure.

I'd split Kyoto up into areas and tackle them that way. I'd probably do Arashiyama and Kinkakuji on one day.

Higashiyama area on another day:- Kiyomizudera, Kodaiji, and other nearby temples, possibly also including Philosopher's walk and Ginkakuji. Gion and Pontocho at night

And then pick other temples of interest, Nijo Castle? Nanzenji, Heian Shrine etc.
Or do Southern Kyoto:-

Fushimi Inari and Tofukiji, Tofukiji especially is stunning at that time of year.

I'd also suggest you visit the night illuminations, even if you have been somewhere during the day. Eikando, Kodaiji, and Kiyomizudera were all good.

and who has better suggestions and bright weather in Kyoto. Thank you

Unfortunately, I can't help you with the bright weather, good luck though!

Enjoy your trip!
