Hi, I will be in Tokyo from 18dec to 23dec 2011, will it snow during this time? My children would be happy to see it.

Im sure Ud better visit mountain peak of Hakone mountais.
There is quite a less chance to C snow in Tokyo more than a cupple of time in a year.
