I will be arriving Narita Terminal 2 late in the evening of 30 Dec 2011 (around 7pm) and understand that Keisei Ticket Office is closed by then. May I know how can I purchase the ticket other than using credit incase I didn't manage to get through the credit card transaction. Can I purchase from metro office which open till 9pm? Many thanks in advance!

Where did you find the business hours. I fail to find them. May I know how can I purchase the ticket other than using credit incase I didn't manage to get through the credit card transaction. You can buy tickets by credit card at vending machines or the ticket office, as explained here: http://www.keisei.co.jp/keisei/tetudou/skyliner/us/ticket.htmlCan I purchase from metro office which open till 9pm?What is a metro office?

Keisei ticket office should be open at Narita Airport station. Also, you can buy tickets from the vending machines (use English option). Really, there are no issues.

Not to make the poster nervous but I tried to buy a Skyliner ticket from the machine at Nippori station with my US credit card that I used several times in Japan with no problem - the machine asked for a PIN number - this was a credit card, not a debit card, and I don't know the PIN number - anyway, the station staffperson at the gate let me in to purchase the ticket at the ticket window inside.....no problem with my cc there....
