JR Kanto Area Pass

Does the 3 days JR Kanto Area Pass is including the transportation from Saku-Daira to Nagano?
I saw the route map the transportation only cover the area until Saku-Daira, as we will travel from Narita Airport to Habuba via Nagano.

If it's only available to Saku-Daira, could we make use of this offer to the nearest stop to Habuba, and then take bus or train to Habuba. Please advise could we benefit by using this pass if so which bus or train should we change.
