Is this Too much for two weeks?

Hi everyone, this will be my 1st time travel to Japan and really confused/stressing out of where to go in Japan. Im only gonna be there for just 2weeks, and wanted to see as much as I can but not to over stretch it. so here is my plan, any input or suggest would be much greatful. thanks in advance, Freddy ^^

I think it's not so bad.
But, Kamakura in the last day is hard.
So I recommend to cancel Nikko, and
