Night Views in Yokohama?

Looking online, I'm seeing stunning pictures of Yokohama at night. Does anyone know a few good places for photos that give me a view of the skyline and Ferris wheel? Preferably from ground level? Thanks!

Sara,
You can take a cruise from any of the small harbors in the MM21 district. Size and prices of boats vary.
Or you can enjoy a fairly good view from places like Osanbashi or Zou-no-hana.
But note that the best spot which was the Bay Bridge Skywalk has been closed permanently, and there are new ugly buildings that block the view.
Actually, my favorite and least costly spot is the 7th floor of the World Porters mall parking lot. It doesn't give you the view of the ugly-colored ferris wheel, but lets you observe the whole bay including the pretty ships.
