Hot Spring in Kyoto

We would like to experience Hot Spring during our visit in Kyoto. Is there hotspring with hotels? What is the best way to find this type of hotel? If not with the hotel, how do we find Hot spring in or nearby Kyoto? We hate to spend hours in travelling to experience hot spring. Thanks!

There are some artificially drilled ones in the outskirts of the city. Among them my favorite is the Kurama rotemburo, which can be visited in an easy side trip from central Kyoto or by staying at the attached ryokan:

I love the onsen in Kurama! Apart from the onsen Kurama-dera and the temple surroundings are magical! I usually hike from Kurama-dera down Kibune,which is also very special.

There are so much spring season.
In spring people visit there for romance and for honeymoon mostly.
