what kind of pass

for the last result

March 11 i will visit : cave, motosuko, shujiko, shiraito waterfalls

March 12 will visit : Kawaguchiko, Saiko, Yamanakako

March 13 will visit: Lake ahi, Owakudani, hakone area direct go to Haneda airport

question:
what pass can cover all? or i must buy different pass for each area?
such as March 11 will use fujikokyu bus group...what the bus name?

march 12 will use retro bus for kawaguchiko and saiko
fujikko go bus for Yamanakako

march 13 from Kawaguchiko to Gotemba use fujikko go bus?
from gotemba buy Hakone free pass?
from Gotemba to Haneda airport buy another again?

No, you could also travel by regular tickets for part of your journey. I already suggested you a pass for the Fuji Five Lake region in a different thread and recommend a Hakone Free Pass for Hakone.

No, it is also a Fujikyu bus.

Yes, but I am not sure whether the pass is still available for sale at Gotemba Station. It used to be, but the sales location was recently dropped from the list of sale locations. You might want to inquire about it in Tokyo before starting the trip.

from Gotemba to Haneda airport buy another again?

I recommend to travel by regular ticket on the direct bus.

Actually looking at your schedule, I am not sure whether the Hakone Free Pass will pay off if you just travel Gotemba - Lake Ashi and then on to Haneda.
