Is JR West Pass covering the JR lines in Wakayama Pref.? Or what is the best way to save transportation cost in Wakayama?

No JR line in wakayama is covered by JR West Pass. http://www.jr-odekake.net/en/jwrp/kansai.htmlWakayamma is a large and rural prefecture. Wayakama city is accessible with Nankai & JR. When you go far south to Kumano Kodo or beach, Shionomisaki Lighthouse, rent-a-car is the most convenient.
