How packed is the Chuo line in mid May?

Would the Chuo line Azusa from Shinjuku to Matsumoto full? If I do not buy the ticket in advance would I able to get 2 tickets during weekday morning around 8-9am before depart?

Depends on the date! But I guess you can probably find vacancy on weekday.
