Arashiyama to Kyoto by Hozu river boat?

I have read that it is possible to go from Kyoto to Arashiyama by boat on the Hozu river. Does anyone know if it is possible to do the trip starting at Arashiyama to return to Kyoto? If so can you supply some details. Many thanks.

No, there are no boats downriver from Arashiyama.
On a side remark note that Arashiyama is part of Kyoto, and that the Hozu River ends in Arashiyama, i.e. it changes its name to Katsura River there.
