4 day trip: Kiso, Nagoya, Ise, Iga Ueno

Night 0: Tokyo-Nagoya by overnight bus
Day 1: Nagoya-Nakatsugawa Eki by local train, Nakatsugawa-Magome by bus, Magome-Tsumago Hike Tsumago-Nagiso Eki by bus Nagiso Eki-Nagoya by local train Sleep in Nagoya
*use Seishun Kippu
Day 2: Antarctic Ship Museum Noritake Garden
*How long would this two things take? Any suggestions for other things to see or do? (I've been to Nagoya before so I've done the Toyota Plant Tour and visited Sakae and the two temples.)
Sleep in Nagoya
Day 3: Nagoya-IgaUeno by local train Ninja Museum and Show (maybe just the outside of Ueno Castle) IgaUeno-Iseshi by local train Sleep in Ise
*use Seishun Kippu
Day 4: Ise Shrines Mikimoto Pearl Island Meoto Iwa Iseshi-Tsu Eki by local train Tsu-Tokyo by overnight bus
*Should I get the CAN bus pass for this day?
Any comment on this itinerary? Is this doable? Any suggestions about places to go to/things to do that I could add?

The attractions on day 3 will only take up a few hours (less than half a day). If you are able travel to Iseshi early enough from Iga-Ueno, you will have enough time visit the Outer Shrine (Geku) on day 3. This will make day 4 less busy for yourself.
