Fuji Hakone query

I have several queries in regards to my Fuji Kawaguchiko and Hakone trips:
1. Are the bus routes below covered by Fuji Hakone Pass:
A. Fujikyu Railway Line from Otsuki to Kawaguchiko/Fujisan station OR the free pass only covers railway routes between Kawaguchiko and Fujisan station?

B. Regular Fujikyu and Fujikkogo buses OR it only covers the Fujikyu Highway buses?

2. Is it possible to take the Fujikyu Highway bus from Kawaguchiko station and dropped of at Oshino Hakkai?

3. Is there any discounted rate for Fuji Hakone Pass since Hakone Free Pass is discounted when bought within the free area ie. Odawara stat?

4. Can Hakone Free Pass be bought for discounted rate within free area at Gotemba station? If yes, whereabout?

5. Which of the Fujikyu bus timetables links below is the relevant one?

Only the Fujikyu bus between Kawaguchiko and Gotemba is covered. No other buses are covered in the Kawaguchiko region. (Except a one way journey between Shinjuku and Kawaguchiko by highway bus.)

Is it possible to take the Fujikyu Highway bus from Kawaguchiko station and dropped of at Oshino Hakkai?

No. Highway buses may not be used for local trips.

Is there any discounted rate for Fuji Hakone Pass since Hakone Free Pass is discounted when bought within the free area ie. Odawara stat?

No. And the Hakone Free Pass is not discounted when purchased at Odawara. It is cheaper in Odawara because it includes less services (i.e. the round trip between Tokyo and Hakone).

Can Hakone Free Pass be bought for discounted rate within free area at Gotemba station? If yes, whereabout?

It used to be available at the ticket counter of a local taxi company at Gotemba Station. However, the official website dropped this sales location a while ago, and now lists no sales locations around Gotemba Station. So, I am not sure anymore whether it can be bought at Gotemba Station.

Which of the Fujikyu bus timetables links below is the relevant one?

http://bus.fujikyu.co.jp/ is the official, up-to-date one.
http://www17.plala.or.jp/ is out of date

But note that the timetables are often revised in early April. So, it is possible that there will be some minor changes to them in the near future.

According to the current timetable, there is a departure at 9:00, arriving at Gotemba Station at 10:10. Again, this might change in a few days from now, and I recommend to check again later.

Miyanoshita (‹{ƒm‰º) bus stop is the closest to the train station, but Hotel-mae is not too far, either:
